Yesterday we recieved our bundle of tricolor quinoa from pinkharvestfarms and at the moment being Independance Day, it impressed us to pay tribute to the tricolour Indian flag 🇮🇳.

We created a protein packed ‘Korean BBQ quinoa bowl’ ing the tricolour theme! Quinoa is a staple in our pantry, however we tried Pink Harvest for the primary time and the standard is par excellence. It had for use for extra than simply salad.

2 tbsp soy sauce
2-Three tbsp Gochujang
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp sesame oil

300 gram hen breast/tofu

Methodology
1️⃣Combine all of the marinade in hen. Put aside for minimal 30 minutes. Longer the higher.

3️⃣In the meantime, grill hen.

4️⃣Grill greens like spinach, carrots and zucchini
