Who’s a fan of buckwheat noodles?

We merely can not get sufficient of it! As we speak we tossed it with some leaves and veggies to make a yummy however wholesome salad. It is also & tremendous simple to make!

SALAD INGREDIENTS
100 grams buckwheat noodles
200 grams mushroom
100 grams agency tofu
8-10 broccoli florets
Crushed peanuts
Sesame seeds
Romaine Lettuce

DRESSING
Four cloves minced garlic
half tsp ginger
Three tbsp low Sodium soy
1 tbsp sesame oil

1. Combine all of the elements for the dressing and put aside
2. Saute mushroom in butter and half tbsp dressing. Sprinkle some salt.
3. Pan fry tofu till barely golden and add a pinch of salt.
4. Boil the noodles al dente.
5. Blanch broccoli florets.
6. Combine the dressing, mushroom, tofu, noodles, broccoli and salad leaves collectively.
7. Prime with peanuts and sesame seeds.
