Ive been attempting to boost my households dinners by attempting to make more healthy variations of meals everybody loves and ended up with these & they’re authorised by my entire household (even my brother which implies they should be good😋)

HEALTHIER BURRITO BOWLS 🔻BASE
• cook dinner your alternative of entire grain I used brown rice!
🔻CHICKEN
• Four hen breasts •about 1 tbs avocado oil • 1 tsp every of cumin, paprika, chilli powder, •some salt and pepper
1. Coat the hen in avocado oil
2. Mix spices in a bowl

4. Cook dinner at 430 F for about 20 minutes
