We merely love risotto and that is a daily in our kitchen. We’ve got tried each recipe, from the great previous arborio rice to pearl barley risotto, quinoa risotto and even cauliflower risotto. Lately we stumbled upon le15india purple rice risotto, it has turn out to be our favourite now. This purple rice, mushrooms, parmesan cream topped with grilled greens makes for a very flavourful plate!
