1 cup semolina
½ cup yogurt
1 cup water
1 tsp ginger

Components for topping

1 chopped tomato
1 chopped onion

Coriander for garnish

Components for chutney

1 cup bulgar/dalia
1 inexperienced chilli
1 clove garlic
1 tsp lemon
Water
Salt to style

Methodology
