We paired these scrumptious falafels with lettuce, cherry tomato, onion, feta cheese, and tri coloration quinoa from pinkharvestfarms with a spicy harrisa yogurt dressing.

FALAFEL
1 cup chickpeas
1 small onion
½ cup oats flour
Half cup Corriander
1 tbsp cumin powder
1 tbsp garlic
1 tsp salt

Technique:
-Saute onions and cumin on a pan.
-Grind the chickpeas, corriander, garlic, oats together with the onion combine .
-Combine till mixed and modify the salt to style.
-Form the combination into chunk measurement falafels.
You’ll be able to both deep fry them out shallow fry. We used the appe maker

HARRISA YOGURT DRESSING:
½ cup greek yogurt/hung curd
2 tbsp Harrisa paste (recipe on Turkish salad)
1 tbsp tahini urbanplatter.in
2 tbsp water
1 tsp lemon juice

Whisk collectively yogurt and lemon till creamy. Add remainder of the elements and blend. Refrigerate for an hour earlier than consuming
