I’ve bought you lined… these are really easy to make, and style like little brownie bites ( however their filled with wholesome fat and protein to provide you that little enegry increase to get you thru your day!) I like having them earlier than or after a exercise! and even curmbling one on prime of yogurt!
half cup flax seed
half cup sunflower seeds
half cup sesame seeds
1/four cup honey
1 scoop protein ( i used vega_team mocha!!) 1/four cup cocoa powder
half cup nut butter ( i used almond)
1/four cup unsweetened coconut ( in order for you)
1/four cup hemp seeds (manitobaharvest )
