Recipe:
For the simple hummus dip:
2 cups chickpeas, cooked
6 cloves of garlic, peeled
1 small beetroot, cooked
Juice of two lemons
1/four cup tahini
Three tsp salt
1 tsp freshly floor pepper
1 tsp cumin
1 tbsp olive oil
half cup water
Place the chickpeas, beetroot and garlic in a meals processor and course of till crumbly. Add cumin, olive oil, salt, pepper, lemon juice, water and tahini, course of the combination for a full 2-Three minutes, or till the hummus is tremendous creamy, stopping to scrape down the bowl every now and then.
