Tofu “meat”balls anybody??

I choose my plant based mostly recipes based mostly on how a lot my dad and brother like them… and each of them went again for seconds on these…. they’re THAT good.

TOFU “MEAT”BALLS

1 bundle of additional agency tofu, pressed
1/Three cup Italian breadcrumbs (and extra as wanted)
1/Four cup of dietary yeast (or Parmesan cheese)
half tsp salt
half tsp every: garlic powder, oregano, onion powder
1/Four tsp black pepper
1/Four tsp purple pepper flakes
2 cloves of garlic
1/Four cup olive oil
1 tbs Worcestershire sauce (non-obligatory for extra flavour!)

1. Preheat oven to 400 F
2. Crumble tofu utilizing arms, place in a paper towel and squeeze out extra water
3. In a big bowl, mix tofu, breadcrumbs, dietary yeast, salt, spices, garlic, oil and Worcestershire sauce and blend nicely
4. Form tofu into 1 inch balls and place on a ready baking tray
5. Brush with a bit further oil
6. Bake at 400F for 30 minutes, flipping midway
