Thought we might all use some color to brighten up this gray weekend 🌈☀️ ⁣⁣

As you all know I’m not a HUGE smoothie particular person they only by no means fill me sufficient for meals, however I began including extra frozen veggies to them and it makes them much more filling!! (And so they’re good for quarantine and utilizing up frozen fruits/ veggies!!) ⁣⁣

I really like freezing my fruits or veggies which can be about to go unhealthy or that I might sometimes throw out like broccoli or kale stems after which simply throwing them into smoothies (and you’ll’t even style them) ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
GREEN SMOOTHIE 🥬🍌🥭⁣⁣⁣⁣
•1 cup kale ⁣⁣(can sub for spinach if you’d like a much less bitter style!)⁣⁣
•1/2 of a banana ⁣⁣⁣⁣
•1/2 cup frozen steamed cauliflower (can’t even style it and it provides extra veggies!) ⁣⁣⁣⁣
•1/2 cup frozen mango( pineapple would even be good)⁣⁣⁣⁣
•1 scoop vanilla protein (I used vega_team vanilla protein and greens)⁣⁣⁣⁣
•Almond milk or your selection of liquid (quantity is determined by how thick you need it!)⁣⁣⁣

**topped with manitobaharvest hemp hearts, coconut, bananas and sliced almonds! ⁣

  2. I love adding in cauli also for thickness and extra cruciferous nutrition. Love @organictraditions chia+flax for fibre which slows digestion and keeps you full and good fats like a nut butter or avocado 🥑
