These days we’re craving Thai meals and considered mixing up a delcious Thai bowl! So we made this peanut curry ramen bowl with noodles. So flavourful and straightforward to make in below 30 minutes.
INGREDIENTS FOR THE CURRY
1 tbsp Ginger garlic chilli paste
2 tbsp inexperienced curry paste
1 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
2 tbsp peanut butter
1 cup coconut milk
2 cup vegetable inventory
Sliced mushroom
Child corn
Scallions
Crimson bell pepper
METHOD
Saute garlic, ginger and chilli.
Add inexperienced curry paste and toast it for a couple of minutes.
Saute all of the vegies for a couple of minutes. Scallions, mushroom, child corn and crimson bell pepper. I wish to preserve them crispy.
Add the vegetable broth, soya sauce and peanut butter and boil.
Add coconut milk and simmer for five minutes and take away.
Add noodles and prime with fried onion/crushed peanuts/toasted sesame seeds/scallion greens/ chilli oil.
And drizzle some lemon to style!
