These button mushrooms from enzu.life are top quality and go together with so many issues. We determined to toss them in a plate of sizzler with a chilli garlic basil sauce and another veggies. The freshness of the mushrooms added to the goodness of the sizzler and we could not cease drooling.

1️⃣ Sizzler Sauce
10-15 garlic cloves
2-Three tbsp chilli flakes
500 ml water
2 tbsp corn flour blended with water
1 tbsp butter
Basil

Saute garlic & chilli flakes in butter
Add water, salt and let it simmer. Now add the corn flour combine and cook dinner till thick.
Get it off warmth and prime with chopped basil and blend

2️⃣ Mushroom
Take away the stem and grill mushroom on each side for 2-Three minutes. Pour a spoon or two of the sizzler sauce and blend.
(Do not stir the mushrooms to stop it from leaving extra water)

3️⃣ Boil/Blanch Carrot, Spinach, French Beans, Cauliflower & Peas (or your selection of veggies)

4️⃣ Put together the rice/noodle

5️⃣ Assemble: Place a mattress of cabbage leaves on the sizzler plate, add the rice, boiled veggies and grilled mushrooms. Place the sizzler plate within the range and pour the sizzler sauce and let it sizzle. High with cheese.
