THE DIP YOU NEVER KNEW YOU NEEDED⁣

I’m going to name this edamame hummus regardless that there aren’t any chickpeas in it so it’s actually not hummus… but it surely’s GOOD and that’s all that issues ⁣(and excessive protein… so added bonus)

(Additionally aspect word You can also make it much less chunky simply by mixing it extra and including a little bit of water I’d add by the tablespoon…. my dad and brother had been watching a film although and getting aggravated with the sound of the blender 😅 )⁣

EDAMAME HUMMUS ⁣

1 1/2 cups shelled edamame beans (we purchase them pre shelled!) ⁣
1/three cup tahini ⁣
1/three cup lemon juice ⁣
2 cloves garlic (or 1 giant) ⁣
1/2 tsp salt ⁣
2-Four tbs water ⁣
(Non-obligatory however you may as well add 1 tbs of manitobaharvest hemp seeds for added protein and fats!)
Sprinkle of Cumin ⁣
Sprinkle of Paprika ⁣

1. Mix all substances in blender and mix! (Don’t you like recipes with one step?) ⁣
(Additionally OBSESSED with the pita crackers from officialfarmboy )
