TANDOORI CAULIFLOWER TIKKA MASALA

Caught to our roots this Diwali and had an Indian meal for lunch. We merely love cauliflower and got here throughout an excellent fascinating recipe by a fellow blogger and considered including a twist to it.

We ready tandoori cauliflower tikkas and added it to our all time favourite tikka masala gravy which we have been eager to share for a very long time.

CAULIFLOWER MARINATION
2 tbsp mustard oil
2 tbsp tikka masala
1 tbsp cayenne pepper
1 tbsp garlic ginger chilli paste
1 tbsp lemon juice
half cup yogurt
Salt

GRAVY
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp purple chilli powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp ginger
Pinch of turmeric
Three tomatoes
2 onions
7-Eight garlic cloves
2-Three purple kashmiri mirch (alter in response to style)
5 tbsp milk
Bay leaf
Mint leaves
Salt

RECIPE
1. Blanch cauliflower florets and let it dry.
Combine all of the marination substances collectively and marinate the florets. maintain apart for 20 – 30 minutes. As soon as prepared, pan fry it till crispy and Brown or cook dinner it within the tandoor.

In the meantime put together the gravy –

2. In a pan take 1 tbsp butter. Saute onion, ginger and garlic. Prepare dinner for a couple of minutes. Add dry purple chilli & cook dinner.

3. Add tomatoes, bay leaf, all of the spices and cook dinner for 10 minutes. Take it off warmth and let it cool.

4. As soon as it is cool, grind all the combination and switch again into the pan together with butter and milk. Prepare dinner for a couple of minutes. Prime with pan fried cauliflower and mint leaves.

Take pleasure in it with rice or flatbread
