We have been obsessing over Chinese language steamed buns currently and thought why not attempt a steamed burger bun as an alternative.

We made these tremendous mushy & wholesome steamed finger millet (RAGI) burger buns utilizing sprouted natural ragi flour from fructus_terra. It is tremendous simple to make and will certainly make your meal yummy whereas holding it wholesome.

All you must do:
Activate yeast + knead + form + steam =

This recipe will make you two burger buns
1️⃣ ACTIVATE THE YEAST(15 minutes)
50 ml Heat Milk
30 ml Heat Water
1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp yeast

Combine all of the substances and let the yeast activate for 15 minutes

150 grams finger millet flour (ragi flour)
50 grams all objective flour
1/2 tbsp sugar/jaggery powder
1/Four tsp spoon baking powder
1/Four tsp salt

As soon as the yeast is frothy and activated combine it together with the dry substances. Knead for 10 minutes. Apply oil, place the dough in a bowl and canopy with a muslin fabric for two hours and let the dough rise.

3️⃣ SHAPING THE BUNS: As soon as the dough is prepared, knead for a minute or two and minimize into two equal halves. Kind spherical balls, apply oil, place on a baking sheet, prime with sesame seeds and let it sit for one more 30 minutes

4️⃣ STEAM: Place the dough on a steamer and steam for 10 minutes.
