SHAMU DATSHI – Mushroom Chilli Cheese Stew
Ema datshi, often known as Bhutans nationwide dish, actually means chilli and cheese is a brilliant scrumptious & spicy stew manufactured from chillies, onions and native Bhutanese cheese which has an analogous texture to ricotta.
To organize this tacky dish, we used dairycraft recent ricotta cheese together with some cheddar and we should let you know their ricotta was completely gentle, fluffy, crumbly and completely reminded us of the primary time we tasted this insanely scrumptious stew at our favourite restaurant in Delhi.
This dish is normally served with Tingmo which is a mushy steamed bun that makes this dish much more irresistible.
For all those that love datshi like we do and even those that’ve by no means tried it earlier than, YOU NEED TO TRY THIS EASY TO MAKE, MELT IN THE MOUTH RECIPE!!
