Serving to make your Monday completely happy, one raspberry chocolate muffin at a time⁣

I used to be making muffins the opposite weekend and was going to only make plain chocolate chip however for some cause felt like that was simply so boring…. I simply all the time love the llittle burst of flavour that fruit provides a muffin. SO I made a decision to throw some raspberries in and omg they turned out SO good ⁣

you might be gonna need to save these ⁣

RASPBERRY CHOCOLATE MUFFINS⁣
⁣⁣
moist:⁣⁣
1 cup milk ⁣of selection ( let sit with 1 tbs lemon juice or vinegar) ⁣
1/four cup oil of selection ⁣⁣
1 half of tsp vanilla⁣⁣
1/three cup plain yogurt of selection⁣(I used Greek)⁣
1 egg⁣⁣
1/three cup of sugar ** in case you like sweeter add a bit of bit extra⁣⁣
⁣⁣
dry:⁣⁣
1 half of cups flour ( i used AP)⁣⁣
1 half of tsp baking powder⁣⁣
1 tsp baking soda ⁣⁣
1 tsp salt ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
raspberries ⁣
chcoaolte chips ⁣

Instructions⁣⁣
*mix the ,milk with the lemon juice or vinegar and allowe oto stand for about 5 minutes to create a “buttermilk” ⁣
*Preheat oven to 425 levels ⁣⁣
* In a small bowl, whisk collectively the “buttermilk”, yogurt, egg, oil, brown sugar, and vanilla.⁣⁣
* In a separate mixing bowl whisk collectively the bran, flour, baking ⁣
powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Regularly pour within the moist ⁣
components into the bowl of dry components, mixing simply till mixed⁣
( do not overmix!! thats the key to getting muffins to rise) ⁣⁣
* Gently fold within the berries ⁣⁣
* Scoop the batter right into a ready pan (sprinkle with oats if desired) and bake for at 425 for about 15- 20 minutes ⁣
