Right here’s a simple approach to stage up your Mexican food- PICKLED JALAPEÑOS! They add spice & every little thing good 💁🏼♀️
• 5 jalapeños
• 1/four cup water
• 1/four cup white vinegar
• 1 tbsp white sugar
• half tbsp salt
• 1 clove garlic, thinly sliced
• Thinly slice jalapeños and take away seeds for desired warmth stage. (Delicate= no seeds, Medium= half of the seeds, Sizzling=All the seeds)
• Add water, vinegar, sugar, salt and garlic to a pot and cook dinner over medium-high warmth. Incessantly stir till sugar and salt have dissolved and take away from warmth. Enable to chill to room temperature.
• Add jalapeños to a big mason jar and pour pickling liquid over high. Seal jar and retailer in fridge for as much as three weeks.
