Recently we’re obsessive about this flaxseed powder from truefarm and have been including it to any and every part. Including it to your morning juice or smoothie bowl is the easiest way to get all of the goodness!

We made this yummy bowl by combining; (for 2 bowls)

three frozen bananas
150 ml chocolate flavoured soymilk
2 tbsp flaxeed powder from truefarm
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

Prime it up with

Your favorite fruit (we used kiwi)
Your favourite nuts ( we used almond)
Chia seeds
Granola
Coconut shavings

Tip: be sure that to freeze peeled banana in a ziplock in a single day.
