Our go-to meal is the traditional crimson sauce fussili. Though easy, the sauce is every thing on this recipe, we fireplace roast the tomato to carry it the correct flavour. You may also roast them within the oven.

INGREDIENTS
4-5 cloves garlic
Four roasted tomatoes
1/ 2 crimson bell pepper (fireplace roasted & peeled)
1 dry crimson chili
1 cup inventory (maggi magic cubes)
half tsp sugar powder
Basil
Herbs
Parmesan
METHOD (SAUCE)
1. Saute skinny slices of garlic, dry crimson chilli in olive oil.
2. Throw in thinly sliced bell peppers and fireplace roasted tomatoes (reduce in Four halves) to the pan
3. Add inventory and let it simmer for 4-5 minutes.
4. Cool it and provides it a grind for just a few seconds (to not puree the entire combine)
5. Now saute the onions in olive oil & add the tomato combination to it.
6. Add salt, pinch of sugar and herbs and prepare dinner for 3-5 minutes.
7. Add basil as soon as the combo is sweet and saucy.

For a twist, add items of roasted cherry tomato or diced tomato to the sauce!! Serve on al dente fusilli with parmesan and benefit from the goodness.
