‘Open face dabeli’ is our favourite night snack today. Tremendous straightforward and yummy!

These of you do not know, Dabeli is a well-liked road snack in India, a spicy, tangy and candy potato filling inside a bun and we serve it open face! You want Dabeli masala, potato filling and bread lower in circle. In case you do not have dabeli masala from the shop, you may make it your self.

DABELI MASALA RECIPE
-Roast coriander seeds, cumin seeds, fennel seeds, sesame seeds, cloves, peppercorns, cinnamon, cardamom and bay leaf till barely browned.
-Add dry crimson chillies and shredded coconut within the pan and roast. -Take away the pan from warmth. Let the combination settle down and mix together with black salt, dry mango powder and
crimson chilli powder.
-Switch the powder in a bowl. Add powdered sugar and oil and blend effectively.

POTATO FILLING INGREDIENTS
Boiled mashed potato
Dabeli masala
Chopped onion
Peanuts
Pomegranate
Corriander
Salt

Warmth oil within the pan, add the dabeli masala and prepare dinner for a minute. Add within the mashed potato and blend.

Add onions, corriander, pomegranate, peanuts and blend.

Unfold on toasted bread and high with peanuts onions and pomegranate.
And voila!
