Oatmeal cookie cups… want I say extra? The right seize and go breakfast, snack or dessert!

OATMEAL COOKIE CUPS

* ¼ cup butter, softened
* ⅓ cup honey
* 1 tsp vanilla
* 1 ripe banana, mashed
* 1 cup of blended oats ( oat flour)
* 1 cup oats
* 1 tsp cinnamon
* ¼ tsp salt
* 2 tbsp milk, if wanted

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 levels. Spray a muffin tin with non-stick spray and put aside.
2. In a big mixing bowl, combine collectively butter, honey, vanilla and banana till clean and well-blended. Add oats, cinnamon and salt; combine nicely.
3. *If combination is just too crumbly to stay collectively you may add 2 tbsp of milk
4. Divide combination evenly between approx 8-10 muffin cups, urgent the bottoms down along with your fingers and utilizing a spoon to press combination up evenly in opposition to the edges.( you dont need the underside to be too skinny)
5. Bake at 350 levels for 12–15 minutes till edges are golden brown. Permit to chill within the pan, then loosen with a butter knife and take away from pan. Serve heat or chilly.

Cookies may be saved in fridge or freezer and you’ll fill as you need one OR you may pre fill them and both retailer in fridge or freezer (if you happen to freeze they are going to be like little frozen cheesecake bites)
