What you want: 1 block medium agency tofu (15 ounces) 2 stalks of celery finely chopped, 2 inexperienced onions finely chopped (white & mild inexperienced solely) 1/2 small dill pickle finely chopped, 6 tbl of vegan mayo, 2 tsp dietary yeast, 2 tsp yellow mustard, 1/2 tsp celery seeds, 1/Four tsp turmeric, 1/Four tsp black salt (non-compulsory), salt & pepper to style, 1 tbl pickle juice, 2 tbl for recent herbs (I used parsley & dill). + matzah wraps
