2 lemons, zested1 lemon, juiced⁣
2 pinches pink chili flakes⁣
1 T dried basil⁣
1 can cannellini beans (with liquid)⁣
Salt and pepper to style⁣
6 medium zucchinis, spiralized⁣

HOW TO MAKE⁣
Spiralize your zucchini and place over a paper towel in a strainer. Toss in some salt (the salt will extract the moisture, leaving you with crunchy noodles!).
