KIMCHI NOODLES 🍜
With Tofu & Mushrooms

Substances
150 grams ban mien noodles
1 cup kimchi chopped
200 grams mushroom
50 grams tofu
Inexperienced onion for garnish
Black sesame seeds

Sauce
1 tsp chili flakes or gochujaru
1 tsp gochujang
1 tsbp soy sauce
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp sesame oil
2-Three crushed garlic

Combine all of the sauce components and hold apart.

Technique
1. Take a tablespoon oil and shallow fry the tofu and hold apart.

2. In the identical pan saute mushrooms and hold apart.

3. Add within the gochujang sauce combine, chopped kimchi together with it is juice and stir till aromatic and boiling.

4. Now combine within the fried tofu, sauted mushrooms and boiled noodles to the combo.
