KAISERSCHMARRN is an Austrian pancake dessert that we wish to eat for breakfast. It is mainly scrambled and caramelised pancakes, sprinkled with powdered sugar. We served it together with cherry compote made with recent cherries and greek yogurt.

It is so fluffy and stuffed with caramelised goodness, we are able to completely have this any time of the day! Have you ever ever tried earlier than?

SCRAMBLED PANCAKE /KAISERSCHMARRN
In a pan, soften a tablespooon of butter, pour the banana oats batter onto the butter, cooking it, 2 to three minutes on all sides till brown. With 2 forks, scramble up the pancake. Now add a tbsp of sugar and butter. Prepare dinner till it melts. Sprinkle powdered sugar and serve.

CHERRY COMPOTE
Cherries
2tbsp sugar
2tbsp lemon
1tbsp honey
Pinch of salt and cinnamon
3/four cup water

In a medium sauce pan, add cherries, sugar, honey, lemon, water and spices. As soon as the sugar has melted, convey the liquid to a boil, then scale back the warmth to medium-low and convey to a simmer.
Simmer the cherries till they grow to be thick about 15 minutes. Serve sizzling.
