The opposite day once I seemed in my freezer and realized we had about 10 frozen bananas I knew I needed to do one thing with them. So I took my favorite cinnamon swirl banana bread recipe, poured it in a sq. pan and now I don’t assume I can ever make banana bread the identical once more. CINNAMON SWIRL BANANA SNACK CAKE ⁣

* 1.5 tbsp melted coconut oil , 2 tbsp sugar⁣, 1 tablespoon cinnamon⁣

crumble:
2 tbsp brown sugar, 1.5 tsp. cinnamon, Three tbs oats, 1/Four c. Oat flour & 2.5 tbsp. melted coconut oil

1. In a mixing bowl, mix the flour, baking soda and salt, and blend gently till nicely mixed. Put aside.⁣
2. mash the bananas fully, add in moist components and blend to mix⁣
3. add within the flour combination till simply mixed. Watch out to not overstir the combination. Put aside.⁣
4. In a small bowl, mix the swirl components ⁣
5. Place about one third of the batter right into a 8×8 sq. pan that has been greased ⁣Or prepped with parchment paper
6. Swirl one third of the cinnamon sugar combination into ⁣the batter.
7. Repeat this course of till all of the batter and cinnamon swirl ⁣are used.
8. Mix crumble components in a bowl and blend with a fork, sprinkle on high of the batter, frivolously urgent it in.
9. Bake at 350 for about 25 minutes, or till a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clear.⁣
