I SERIOUSLY have been having these each. Single. Morning. I am going to mattress so excited to get to eat these (I clearly want extra pleasure in my life). However critically these oats are my favorite… and I eat ALOT of oatmeal in order that’s saying so much 😋 ———————————————————
APPLE PIE OATMEAL 🍎🍎🍎
– half cup oats -1/2 scoop vega_team vanilla protein and greens -almond milk (to desired consistency)
– 1 tsp apple pie spice (or 1/four tsp every cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger) -tiny little bit of maple syrup – apples – almond butter – tiny sprinkle of brown sugar .
1. Cube apples and coat with a little bit of cinnamon and brown sugar and Microwave for 30 seconds
2. Mix oats, protein, almond milk and apple pie spice in a bowl and microwave for 1:30
3. Prime with maple syrup, almond butter and apples
