🌼✨I was so obsessive about well being that I used to be afraid of going out. I might say no to going out for meals or drinks with my buddies or household as a result of I used to be scared if I didn’t make it myself it wouldn’t be “wholesome sufficient”. There’s a lot extra to life than simply vitamin labels, ingredient lists and understanding. Life is about ENJOYING your self with out feeling responsible for doing it!
Now I take heed to what my physique desires if it desires a burger that’s cool, if it desires a salad that’s cool, if it desires some sangria that cool too! I noticed that by being so targeted on “well being” I used to be creating such an unhealthy mindset. I now take heed to my physique and really consider that every thing is required carefully and I’m SO MUCH happier. 🤗
