This was one of many friday lifestylewithcath journal prompts and it’s one thing I feel all of us have to ask ourselves

We spend a lot time selecting and prodding at our our bodies, trying within the mirror and fixating on the entire little issues, the dimples, the wrinkles, the bumps, the bruises.

We consistently take into consideration the entire issues we have to change about our our bodies.

All of this stuff we really feel are so vital.

However have you ever ever stopped and thought of how a lot your physique does for you?

The way it actually retains you alive, helps you accomplish that many wonderful issues and carries you in all places it is advisable to go.

However in our eyes we by no means see it as being sufficient. There may be at all times one thing it might be doing higher.

I love this 💛 recently changed the way I work out- used to do long distance running and got to the point of marathons… moved across the country and climate is so different I can’t run anymore for too long. Been struggling to find the same motivation for different types movement! Thanks for the reminder 😊💛
