GREEN SMOOTHIE BOWL
Recently we have been making an attempt to include excessive fiber, nutrious superfoods in our breakfast and we’re loving it.
It is a tremendous scrumptious mixture of banana, nut butter, spinach and soymilk together with vitamin loaded flaxseed powder truefarm
SMOOTHIE INGREDIENTS:
three frozen bananas
150 ml soymilk
three tbsp flaxeed powder from truefarm
10 spinach leaves
2 tbsp peanut butter
TOPPINGS:
Your favorite fruit (we used orange)
Your favourite nuts ( we used almond)
Chia seeds
Granola
Tip: be sure that to freeze peeled banana in a ziplock in a single day.
