GADO GADO SALAD

We love the flavour coconut brings to so many recipes! Right now on World Coconut Day we’re celebrating with the gado gado salad the place coconut milk simply provides to the dressing to make it fabulous. This Indonesian salad is various and you may combine and substitute some greens that go into it.

SALAD INGREDIENTS
Purple cabbage
Chinese language cabbage
French beans
Carrots
Roasted potatoes
Crushed peanut
Broccoli
1 boiled egg
Yellow bell pepper
Bean sprouts

DRESSING INGREDIENTS
four tbsp coconut milk
2 tbsp peanut butter
2 tbsp soy sauce
½ tsp honey
1 tsp vineager
1 clove minced garlic
2 crimson chillies
1 tbsp lime juice

METHOD :
-Blanch all of the veggies individually
-Put together the dressing
-Combine the veggies and dressing. Prime with crushed peanuts and luxuriate in!
