FALAFEL PLATTER

Made these tremendous scrumptious falafels in actually no oil and served together with our selfmade dips, salad leaves & pickled veggies.

FALAFEL INGREDIENTS (serves 3)
1 bowl chickpeas
1 small cup Corriander/parsley
1 small onion
Four tbsp Chickpea flour
1 tsp Inexperienced chillies
1 tsp Garlic
1 tsp Cumin powder
1 tsp Coriander powder
half tsp Black pepper
half tsp Cayenne pepper
Salt as wanted

1. In a blender, mix collectively boiled chickpeas, onion and corriander.

2. Combine remainder of the elements to it

3. Kind mini falafel balls and cook dinner in a pan on either side (we actually used no oil)

4. Serve together with salad leaves, hummus, harissa, yogurt dip, pickled veggies.
