Skinny grilled eggplant items with italian impressed topping. I’ve shared the recipe for you proper right here if anybody desires to make it:
*Half eggplant, three slices
*Handful of small tomatoes
*2 tablespoon of hummus
*2 tablespoon of inexperienced pesto
*2 teaspoon of parsley
*olie, salt and pepper
Wash the tomatoes, chop them in small items and cook dinner in oil, salt and pepper on a pan. Slice the eggplant and add on pan too in a couple of minutes on all sides. Serve with hummus, pesto, fried tomatoes and recent parsley. 🍴
