I found pearl couscous final yr and have been in LOVE ever because it’s like a combination between pasta and rice and couscous and it’s simply so enjoyable 🥰 (clearly I would like a life if I’m getting excited over couscous….)
PEARL COUSCOUS WITH ROASTED VEGGIES
– cook dinner couscous in keeping with facet of field ( i did about 1 cup of dry)
✨VEGGIES ( can do no matter you need… i did alot of root veggies!)
1. chop: – brussel sprouts – carrots – parsnips – peppers – zucchini
2. combine in a bowl with olive oil – s+p – lemon juice ( about 1 lemon) – vegetable seasoning – dijon mustard
3. roast at 450 for 30 minutes
✨whereas veggies cook dinner:
1. combine couscous with 2 tbs white wine vinegar – olive oil – s +p – lemon juice ( about 1 lemon) – dijon – combine in craisins, and pistachios
✨CHICKEN ( may additionally use fish, shrimp and so on)
1. coat rooster in similar seasoning combine used for greens
2. added to a pan with rooster broth and lined
3. cooked till accomplished then chopped up
