Easy cauliflower wings wholesome and attractive. .
Crusty components:
~ half cup AP (all objective) flour
~ 2 tbsp rice flour
~ 3/four cup water
~ half tsp salt
~ white pepper to style
Combine all in a bowl and put aside.
Preheat oven to 495F. Reduce a small head of cauliflower into florets and coat them properly with above. Lay them on a non stick baking sheet and bake for 10minutes, take away and brush some oil on cauliflower, flip and bake for one more 5mins. That is to offer them a roasted look.

Saucy components:
~ 2.5 tbsp ketchup
~ 1 tbsp tamari or soy sauce
~ 1 tsp vegan Worcestershire sauce
~ 1/four tsp garlic powder
~ 1-2 tbsp water
*add some sizzling sauce for that🌶kick!
Combine all above and put aside.
When cauliflower is prepared, in a heated pan with 1tsp avocado oil, pour sauce in SLOWLY (it’ll splash). Add in all of the florets and coat them till properly mixed.
