You want these in your life, I actually have eaten them nearly each single day this previous week and there’s no indicators of slowing down any time quickly.
SAVE this so as to add to your weekday morning breakfast rotation
MICROWAVE BANANA BREAD OATS
In a blender mix:
– half mashed banana
– half cup oats
– half cup milk
– half tsp baking powder
– half tsp vanilla
– Pinch of salt
– 1 scoop vanilla protein (optionally available for $$$ off)
– half tsp cinnamon
– 1/four tsp nutmeg
* Pour right into a greased microwave secure dish
* Prime with chocolate chips
* Place in microwave for four minutes (watch out when eradicating it will likely be sizzling!)**
* Prime with peanut butter and Greek yogurt
** NOTE: microwave time relies on your microwave!
