Arguably the very best banana bread I’ve ever tried…. ⁣ ⁣ AND I like the ingredient…

Arguably the very best banana bread I’ve ever tried…. ⁣

✨AND I like the components… it’s not overly candy, stuffed with fiber and even some protein! It’s good for breakfast, a snack, dessert and even topping on yogurt ⁣

✨You already know when the surface is completely cooked so its like slightly crust after which inside is so moist and flavourful…. YA. that’s this loaf….. Make it. You’ll not remorse it. ⁣🤤

•3 -Four mashed bananas (make certain they’re ripe!) ⁣
•2 eggs ⁣
•⅓ cup maple syrup ⁣
•⅓ cup plain greek yogurt ( i used 2%) ⁣
•1 tsp vanilla extract ⁣
•¼ cup melted and cooled coconut oil ( might use butter)⁣
•1 cup entire wheat flour ¾ cup all function flour ( or 1 ¾ cup of entire wheat pastry flour OR all function) ⁣
•1 tsp baking soda⁣
•½ tsp cinnamon ⁣
•Beneficiant sprinkle of nutmeg ⁣
•Pinch of salt ⁣
** ½ cup of chopped walnuts of chocolate chips ⁣

1. Preheat oven to 350 F and preapre a loaf pan ( parchment paper or grease it!)⁣
2. In a big bowl combine banans, eggs, maple syrup, yogurt, vanilla and coconut oil ⁣
3. In a seperate bowl combine flours, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt ⁣
4. Slowly add the flour combination into the moist components and blend ( can add in combine ins now!) ⁣
5. Pour batter into the pan and bake for 45- 60 minutes ( it took me nearer to 60)⁣
***take pleasure in heat with butter or nut butter and thank me later 😉⁣
