Any form of asian meals is consolation meals for us and if it is a bowl of home made vegetarian pad thai, we will not say no! Get pleasure from this simple recipe and add color to your night!

– Firstly, soak raw noodles in chilly water for 30 minutes.

– Put together the sauce:
3-Four tbsp inventory
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp chilli paste – we used gochujang
2 tsp sugar
1 tbsp white vinegar
Three tbsp fish sauce – you should utilize vegetarian oyster with vinegar

For the noodles:
4-5 cloves garlic
1 spiralized zucchini
1 spiralized crimson bell pepper
½ thinly sliced onion
1 carrot thinly sliced
1 egg crushed
Cilantro
Peanuts
Purple rice noodles

Technique:
1️⃣Combine all of the components for the sauce and maintain apart.
2️⃣Add oil to pan, saute garlic and add in all of the veggies one after the other and toss for a number of minutes till crisp.
3️⃣Add within the crushed egg and blend utilizing tongs. In a number of minutes add the sauce and blend nicely. 
4️⃣Add soaked noodles. Serve with coriander, peanuts and a lime wedge.
