All of the superb flavours of banana bread plus all of the vitamins of oatmeal in little cups you may carry wherever you go… what extra might you need??

BANANA CHOCOLATE OAT CUPS
Dry:
2.5 cups oats
1/Four cup of vitalproteins unflavoured collagen powder (or protein powder or oat flour!)
1 tbs baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1/Four tsp salt
2 tbs chia or hemp seeds: non-obligatory

Moist:
1/Four cup maple syrup
1 cup milk of selection
1 mashed banana
1/Four cup nut butter (I used peanut butter)
1 egg or flax egg

stir in about 1/Three cup chcocolate chips

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350F
2. In a big bowl mix dry elements
3. In a separate bowl combine collectively moist elements
4. Slowly add the dry elements to the moist and stir
5. Add chocolate chips!
6. Grease a muffin tin or line with muffin liners
7. Evenly spoon batter into every muffin cup
8. Bake for 24-27 minutes (or 18 minutes for the mini ones!)

Heat within the microwave and revel in just a few as a nutritious breakfast (or one makes the proper snack!)
